That has become tough as hell lately.

The market is definitely picking up for n-n-n and L-L-L as all these registrars, drop catchers, and auctions are snagging them up.

I missed s-s-s.net and several good .com.

A few months ago, you could have got most of them for nothing...no competition. I regged n-a-m.com on a drop. Nice country name with age and doing well.

i use to be able to get L-L-L.com using godaddy but not any more i have to use snapnames,
i liked it when i only had to pay $18. somthink now i have to pay $60 and a bit more.

All very good acronyms (Chief Technical Officer, one word "coo" and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer).

Some more hyphen domains not caught and some gems with hyphens all within the last week:

Marlon-Brando.com
Fidel-Castro.net
Kim-Basinger.com
Used-Autos.com
German-Autos.com

(note: the last two may have been at least one "cars" but I can't recall exactly)

All with great traffic, all with age and Wayback History. I think many have come to the realization there is indeed value in hyphenated domains.

Seriously, beginning of the year you did not even have to put these on a back order. You simply check the expired lists.
