even if its parked using adsense, it generates almost $100/mo .

However i am not selling it based on the revenue, but the quality of the domain itself. Music is digital, easily converts , and sellable. There are 230 Millions of people in Indonesia alone, + Malaysia Population.
the potential is huge, i believe someday one of those companies in indo & malay would want Lagu.com as their Main Portal . And sell their music & downloads from this domain.
