Just acquired LakeOswego.net and I'm curious what others would value it at.

This City in Oregon has 36,350 people and is one of the most desirable areas with high real estate prices.

KeywordDiscovery shows about 6,500 monthly searches for "lake oswego" and the top 10 other phrases total about 10,000 searches monthly.

It looks like the .com and the .org will never be for sale.

What are your thoughts?
