closed LaLoft.net - Please appraise!!!

I have LaLoft.net, and would like to sell it. How much do
you think I should sell it for? Loft apartments/homes are
becoming very popular here in Los Angeles. So I would like
to put it up for sale in my local newspaper. I would like to
get appraisals from you. I also have lalofts.net for my own
personal use. It will be for a website listing all lofts for
rent/lease/sale in L.A. Is it best I keep the plural version
