When you first login to your Fab acccount you should get your dashboard. On the left side about half way down you'll see a link for "traffic control". Click on the link and bring up the domain. Next click "Host" and this will give you your traffic stats.

Keep it forever until an end-user pays you at least decent X,XXX. Most people won't get the value here, but I bet you could sell it easily after spending just a few hours looking for leads on Google. There is such a thing as a land broker, and anyone in the business would see the value immediately.

You could probably get 5K with your eyes closed if you contacted the people who own LandBrokers.us.
