I got this name with the idea to develop, but because of the time constraints, I would sell it for a bargain of just $50. Development potential is very high and here's a sample plan. Before seeing that, bear in mind that this is a prime domain because it has the meaning of "Buying and selling lands for top dollars" kind of slogan.

As the first step, you have to write a cool page on how buying and selling land can make top dollars. (Search and play with Google for ideas). Then you must surround it with Google Adwords. Then, here are some superb Clickbank affiliate products to link for this tight market..

And with the right development and with the good commission rates in above products, you must be able to generate a good income.

There are so many ebooks / sites competing to teach how to make top dollars with buying and selling lands. How many of them having a matching site? A person with a half-decent domain selling about land investment sure will look at this name if offered, BUT you must do it after development to fetch a good price. I'm just talking about a simple development.
I'm just putting a fair price tag of $50 on this, or make your max offer. If I feel its too low, I would develop it and hold onto it for a while, and is worth the effort given the market and competition analysis.
Post SOLD to claim the name. (or try your luck with making an offer, though not guaranteed.) I feel at $50, this is a great one, if you could give it some time.
