Hi,

I picked up this domain with OVT w/ext of 71 couple month ago. Never park it until couple weeks ago. Turns out that this is a traffic domain with 40 to 50 unique visitors a day. The link "Landing Strip Austin" is linked to many pages...

So here it is... I am looking for an appraisal and looking to sell it. Again, this is a OVT with extension domain used to be a strip club in Austin.

MrFlicks, I want a million dollar for this domain... Just kidding... As stated in the thread, I am looking for apprasial and offers. I don't know the value of this domain is really worth. So, PM me offers if you are interested.

I think your all right re the rules Varcher as its adult both appraisals and sales are to be posted in the Adult Section So as far as I am aware you did right there :wink:

At the time when I pick up the domain couple months ago, it was 71 OVTw/Ext. Right now, it is 59. Obviously it is decreasing... but traffic still a lot. It isn't even a month yet, Fabulous shows that there are 1185 unique visitors so far.

Just wondering, can anyone tell me how I can make use of this traffic to earn some PPC income? I don't earn a lot from Fabulous for adult names...

WEll put an adult site there would be my answer but then that depends on whether you want to operate adult sites or not i guess.

I would swap you for something mainstream if you are interested?

I have a few domain names that may interest you but for deveopement rather than already with traffic as I dont know what hits they have had as i just moved hosts and have no sites in place for many of the names.
