I am looking for suggestions on design, conetent, and seo?

I am currently using adwords but would like to get it listed better with google.

I was wondering how an affilliate program could be implemented to get others to promote the site?

I can tell you I personally searched for a place to find laptop repair and it was irritating at the very least. If your willing to develop your going to get tons of PPC revenue.
Design: have active lists of manufacturers, laptop ID's; serial numbers ect..
when you find yours have a list of places that repair it. Don't leave the phone number their; force them to click the link to find out more info, you could get multiple click from one person! Since people that visit are expecting to purchase a service expect revenue to be even higher.

We actually do the work, so ppc is not what I am trying to do, unless people are willing to send quality traffic. Maybe I am not understanding what your saying.
We would like to do an affilliate program so other people would be willing to put banner ads to promote it.
