Who hasn't had to send flowers at short notice? Please don't say I think so just because I'm an absent minded professor

Surely a significant percentage of people (even those with good memories) have had to struggle with finding a florist that's either open 24/7, or at least takes orders around the clock and/or has staff you can talk to in order to make sure that your vital order will be dispatched later tonight).

And with the prices on flower deliveries being what they are, even an agent or an affiliate who has an arrangement with a broker for last minute bulk orders may be able to make good money with much less than 1% of the market.

Affiliate commissions for flowers on CJ.com seem to be between 10% and 18%. You do the maths.

How do you get people to visit your site? If and when you get your site listed in Yahoo, it should appear toward the top of the list in the category listing for florists (and all related categories) due to Yahoo's alphabetical category listing policy (numbers before letters).

It should be ranked even higher than 4flowers.com, which seems to be much in demand judging by the fact that all 5 other main extensions are registered (shame about the pup-unders).

Having said all that, I don't know much about flowers and have never built an e-commerce business in my life, so I'd rather stick to identifying promising domain names and speculating about/in them

An obvious name for a global portal enabling users to find clinics, hospitals and medical centers which are either open 24/7 or provide call-out medical cover at all times.

Could be targeted at both local residents (especially in big cities) and at people traveling to new areas.

Because both the word 'doctors' and the 247 concept are understandable - or at least memorable - throughout the world (to the extent that all countries have 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

), the name should travel well internationally.
