Nice site for sale that lists gas stations in USA
Good for people looking for automotive related
website, that can be a project on its own, or
canhelp you to sell auto industry related products
and services.
It has some traffic already and some revenue too.
If you are a revenue clown this thread is not for
you though - it takes time to build a site like that
and I am sellng it as a project and not strictly based
on revenue only

Revenue comes mostly from Google adsense, but also
I advertise few of my other sites on the website, and
you can do the same. So, actually the revenue is even
higher because many people click on the links.

Google - 43200 pages (the site has approximately 40000 listings)

Buildng site like this involves the following steps:
1. getting a domain name
2. getting hosting
3. buying db
4. directory script used costs $150
5. script customizations
6. database integration
