website, that can be a project on its own, or
canhelp you to sell auto industry related products
and services.

It has some traffic already and some revenue too.
If you are a revenue clown this thread is not for
you though - it takes time to build a site like that
and I am sellng it as a project and not strictly based
on revenue only

Thanks guys for your input. The site was sold few days ago, and it is in escrow transaction now. Yes, it is loading slow, I am preparing to move it to the new owner's server and working on the db. Thanks everyone!
