it's very hard to imagine developed, considering that there's many levels of development. Therfore, the value can be anything, but i dare say still above reg fee.

LasVegas.mobi would be stellar. The hyphen version has value and in line with other extensions I would estimate low $X,XXX to mid $X,XXX (undeveloped). Estimate subject to upward revisions, :greensmile:

Developed could be 10 times that in a year. We still have to see how mobi works out. If a lot of mobi sites are just parked, it could be a while before the tld takes off - however, if lots of sites are developed and optimized for mobile use -- the sky really is the limit.

Lets see...if you develop it into a site that makes $250,000 a year, it should be worth $1.2M - $3 M. On the other hand, right about when that happens you will realize it is all a dream, wake up and reality will hit ...
