I think this name have big potential especially when you develop it.

undeveloped highxx-highxxx
developed xxxx
the range is so big because the .com market has changed, the right buyer even he is a reseller, you will get more than commonly expected.

Looking at the comp's I'd say you're between $800 and $4000. Likely not too close to $4k as "design" (unlike "latest") is generic and direct.
