Worth much, much less than the legal action Merck could take for using their trademark in the name, in my opinion.

EJS: I don't believe I've ever used a trademark in a domain before (in seven years)... and didn't think of it this time. If the use of this term is an issue, I won't be promoting the domain.

Ashaw... I didn't take it hard... But I've always hated trademark domains, and perhaps I sounded a bit defensive because I screwed up and used one in this case.

Easily remedy-able. Let it drop or expire it. I don't think it would get traffic as a .info, and if you try to sell it, you are proving bad faith.

P.s. Many domainers do in fact own trademark names for one reason or the other. Some got them several years ago before the risk was made more public. If I recall correctly there was even a forum for severelly trademaked names for sale here at one time.

OK guys... let me reiterate, I've never owned trademarked domains before. I didn't need to read posts about it, because I understood the ethical problems already. I understand that one cannot, and should not, register a trademarked word. However, I was a bit fuzzy on using them as part of a phrase (call me dopey). I saw that a number of lawyers are using Vioxx domains, thus my one forey into trademark land. Peace.
