I dont think there would be enough people out there who would buy it. If its developed and turned into an online tshirt business then it might be worth something.

Well i was basically saying that i think its worth nothing unless it were turned into a business, i just didnt put a dollar amount. I would say reg fee. Also he asked for Value and Use.

I think feedback and thought is essential. Without it appraisals are thoughless dribble without cogent analysis to accompany the estimated figures.
