We're not actually leasing our names. We do, however, lease through Prebuilt.com by way of managed redirect.
That said, this is for a client looking to lease a name from someone else and they've asked us to help out. Basically, they don't have all the cash necessary to purchase the name now, so they want to lease the name with the option to buy later.
