Does anyone have a suggestion on how leasing/redirecting out a domain works/agreement forms/good and bad drawbacks of leasing a name or redirecting it? Also, how would you determine what amount and term (monthly/yearly) to lease/redirect the name out for?

The next part to these questions would be on what would be the best way to approach a business or person. What would you lookout for when approaching them?

Would a flat leasing fee be better or a pay per click model?

Does any one know of an easy to install script that can track the traffic sent from a domain name redirect? Basically, a simple way of knowing how many clicks you sent out via domain name redirect. If there is a way that the person leasing the name can check the stats, even better.

Any help would be appreciated. PM me if needed. Thanks.

We can write a small custom script that will run in PHP and mysql to let you manage your domain name that you want to redirect. The cost of the script will be around $75 (hosted on your servers) or $15 per month (yearly contract) with no up front fee and hosted on our servers. We will provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly stats.
