Hi,

I've received an email from a legal department of a large corporation with an agreement for giving them the rights of one TYPO domain I own.

I will sign the agreement but I'm surprise because my TYPO gets only few uniques/day (0-5/day) while many other TYPOS of this domain gets much more and at the moment they are also used for parking program purposes.

Has this corporation started legal actions against all the owners of the TYPOS of its domain?

I'm worried also because I own other TYPOS of big sites with TM issue (in general with little traffic but high revenue/click), I hope I will preserve some of these.

Has someone faced a similar problem?

Regards

typosquatting is against ICANN regulations and is deemed a bad faith registration. I am confident that this will not be your last. However I advise you not to sign anything.

If you are happy to release the domain then release it to them.

Hi,

thanks for the information and your suggestion.
Anyway at the end I've agreed with them and released the domain (I've also signed the agreement).

Regards
