I had one who wrote his own docs and tried to put all sorts of strings in there. In the end, he'd wasted to much time that he went with paying the $50 for escrow. :cheeky:

Sorry, but from a legal standpoint, I never accept any proof of legitimacy less than a verified statement from a dancing banana.
