Legit PR7 with no backlinks, no content - how?

Hi guys,

At a popular site selling service, I regularly see domains that have a very high PageRank, but all the best backlink tools don't find much at all, and the content is very poor. I know it is a trick, but I can't work it out.

1 Million Brownie Points for anyone who can explain to me why this domain has a valid PR7:

The OP says he knows it's a trick, the point is how did this domain get a PR7 from Google without the usual credentials that other PR7s have?

That trick is well-known, and if you do a Google search like this:
info:earthcareawards.com

...you will see the site they stole the PageRank from listed. Not in this case.

ah okay i knew only this one. possibly there is some extra .htaccess inside
