Lendable dot com

I received an offer on this domain, what do you think it's worth (reseller/retail)? It has virtually no traffic, but it's a dictionary word, meaning "Available for lending: lendable funds; lendable resources."

Yeah, I would think it would have to be pretty developed in order to get some traffic. Certainly it has the advantage of being a dictionary word, but it sounds a little awkward as a moniker for a financial site. Just my opinion.
