I did not buy domain from Royal Bank of Canada. Person's name who I bought is Steve Jackson. I can not know Steve Jackson previous owner. However, present owner is me. Because I bought from previous owner.
Possession of domain changes innumerably. It is domain that is trade by money.
I understand yours worry.
It is difficult to trust other person. Rid yours interest if do not trust.

you are a rep for UltSearch?
Maybe an address and phone number for your office would be appropriate. Since Ult takes two to three weeks to answer an email, verification may be a while.
