this is a hard one to appraise, short of having fbi, interpol cia etc, look into it if you had a site that showed how to make letter bombs, i would have a site with history of letter bomb incidences, thne links to homeland security jobs, colleges that deal deal with crime scene investigators etc.
developed enduser x,xxx

It's a valuable name.. if you want find someone who wants to touch it. Fatter has some good ideas for development.

I'd have to say low XXX as is. Developed would obviously increase it's value. Hint: don't put letter bomb making instructions. :)

I'd say high $xx because it's a known phrase, but the real question is always "what do you do with it?".

Anyway, the answer is "anything you want", e.g., "yahoo", "amazon", "apple" :)

That's simply not true. "Yahoo, amazon and apple" are distinctively passive, neutral non-threatening names. It's unlikely that anyone would choose "LetterBomb" as the name of a new company because the term is threatening and implies criminality. On the other hand, it would perfect for tutorials on making letter bombs. :(

Hey, you asked for evaluation and you got it.
