I seen this registrar's name a couple times.

Is this Russian registrar a new player in the catching business?

And, when you go to their site, it is in Russian so I don't know anything about them.

EuroBox grabbed drops thru this registrar[a/k/a DomReg], but I believe EuroBox and Libris are the same party....

Here is what they said on their website:

I suspect tradenames.com use them or exclusively own that registrar.
