Licensing domains-any other ideas?

I started licensing industry-specific domain names to business professionals (example-I pay $400 for a name and license to the professional for $195/yr. on a 10 year agreement all paid upfront=$1995 and I can re-license or develop the name in 10 years). I signed two long-term agreements early on but it takes a lot of time to locate, contact, negotiate and sign the license agreements.

Anyone know of a reliable 3rd party that has the means to contact these professionals for a percentage of the total licensing agreement or a flat fee? Any other ideas on monetizing the names that would be in better than licensing?
