I'm totally green to selling/buying domains and sites. However I want to get involved more. Also, I have a website that I'm currently updating and then want to sell it. It's a great little site, but has not made much profit for me and I feel is not worth my time any more.
It made about $17,000 in 2006 and I haven't tallied the numbers for 2007 yet, but it's much lower since the site was offline for a while.
Anyway, any ideas on what you'd appraise it as a website sale?

Sign Ups: 2 to 10 per day, sales are currently null during the update phase.
