population is too low. Large cities sold for 3-10 thousand USD, and only few reported on DNjournal.com that were sold for more than 10. All the sales for 3k and more are for well known cities/locations that you hear every day in the news. I think the price is xx for this name.
 
I see that you are from NY, how is the real estate in that city Lindenhurst?
What are the prices for houses there?
