Hello,
I decided to sell my gaming forum L2Blaze dot com.
It was a lineage 2 private server which has closed 2 months ago, so the forum became inactive. The forum is almost 3 years old, with 5,474 threads and 82,160 posts. Current traffic is 400+ visitors per day. Traffic is either organic or direct.
The forum is well known to hundreds of players "direct traffic" and it has hundreds of natural links/vidoes in google, youtube...etc
Type L2Blaze in google or youtube and you will see what im talking about.

As for income, it was from donations from the gameserver which is closed so its irrelevent for the buyer.
Im sure it will generate income with google adsense or parking services but I never bothered to try it out.
