Name sold. Thread closed.

GoDaddy - expires 1/2/2006

---------------
added:

BIN = $50

I'm setting a "buy-it-now" on this domain at $50, but will consider all lesser offers. There are still the two tied offers of $25.

---------------

Please post your offers below. All offers of at least $20 will be considered, as I am unsure of what a true valuation should be :-D.

I'll give 25 :)
Thanks Chazhound!,

There is one other $25 offer I received via PM (not sure if he wants to remain anonymous, etc.), so I need someone to break the tie! Please post your offers below. Thanks,

-Lance

Hi Chazhound,

A $25 bid precedes your bid by 2 hours, 2 minutes, but it was received by PM, when my thread clearly states to "post" offers below, etc. But, as you can probably tell from my BIN, I've decided I'm shooting for around $50 on this nice little name! :) If you'd like to offer a little more than $25, then you would be in the clear lead, and if I don't get anything higher by 11PM EST, Jan. 20, I'll consider you the winner! (since I've already PM'ed that other party days ago regarding the tie, etc.) But anyone can claim this at the BIN (including you :) ). Thanks,

-Lance

My bid of $25 precedes Chazhounds. Yes you PM'd me "days" ago but as my bid is still the highest I didnt need to do anything else, I dont understand what you are implying by that?

Sorry for any misunderstanding, redbulldog. I meant no offence, but I can see how it might have looked. What I meant was that I had PM'ed you regarding the tied offers (since this is not an "auction", but rather an invitation for offers, I considered 2 offers at $25 each a tie), and had not heard from you or seen another post from you in the thread, so thought you were not interested in breaking a tie - I am sorry if we misunderstood each other - Here is a copy of the PM I sent you at 5:34 PM EST, Jan 15, almost exactly 4 days ago:

---------------------
<your name withheld>,

"Chazhound" has tied your offer of $25 in the thread: [thread]78315[/thread] Cheers,

-Lance
---------------------

So I thought you understood that I considered it a tie, but if you considered otherwise, I am truly sorry. However, now I have set a BIN of $50, so I would still like to seek offers closer to that number, etc. I honestly didn't mean to convey anything to Chazhound other than that I considered the offers a tie (both for the same amount- one a PM, the other a post) and that I thought you didn't want to break the tie. It is also clear from my post to Chazhound above that I did not yet consider him the winner either, because I asked him to submit an offer larger that $25 for me to consider him in the lead, etc.

I hope that clears things up a little bit for all interested parties. I value my reputation here and am interested in doing that which is fair to all parties involved, incuding my customers and myself. Thanks,

-Lance

No problems Lance.

Good luck with the sale.
Thank redbulldog! I always say domain folk are the best folk! :)

Thank you Chazhound, redbulldog, cyberpacific and dodo1 for your offers!

I'll take it for $35. When is your offer closed?
Since there now seems to be more interest and since the high offer ($35) is so close to my BIN ($50), I can say that the person with the offer closest to the BIN, posted in this thread by 11PM EST, Jan. 20, I will accept their offer! So now it's an auction :) lol, sorry. First to post "sold for BIN" gets it, naturally... Thanks!,

I've been outbid by just $1? Hm, I should have followed the
auction more attentively... Congratulations to both the buyer
and the seller though! And good luck with your future
domain sales, of course!
