There are businesses closing everyday in the US and the world. Could make for an auction site for a business to liquidate their inventory/assets in bulk to the highest bidder.

Yeah, that pretty much would not work. B-Stock pretty much controls that space.Oh yeah.. Plus, it is a B2B industry, so no fancy domains needed....
But, I think you could definitely sell it for a profit, depending on how much you paid for it. Good luck...
