would be a good name for a 'for sale by owner' type
site in Canada for people to list their home.
Overture score for the term isn't high but there are
some ppc ads for it. Because it deals with homes
and it's easy to remember I'd say it's at least in the
xxx range, maybe more to an end user. You could even
build a simple directory with a write up and links for
several home listing services, tips on listing homes, etc.
and put some ppc ads on it. good luck!
Quite a few of the major extensions for this term
are also gone, although the .org version is available.

I'd dare say the .Org version is even more valuable than what the .Ca would fetch, as the .Org's potential reach is much broader on a global/Internet scale than the .Ca version - so it would be wise of you to grab it before the 'domain piranhas' do.hugegrowth said:

You can put something like oepnrealty on it with somee templated layout.
It will work fine for the canadians to list their homes.
$XX for it right now. But developed it can be more.

I think if I was starting a site like this for homes in Canada, I'd prefer the .ca to the .org.
But I'd get the .org too if it was available.
If I was listing homes outside Canada, I'd prefer the .org to the .ca
Sometimes when checking names I see the .ca is gone, but sometimes the .net, .org, .biz etc. is still available.
