Directi has ~$4.00 first year .in registrations (the other .in secondary domains too). Renewals are the old price (~$13 or $14 dollars for .in). Some of the more popular Directi resellers are whiz.in, answerable.com, and mitsu.in. I cannot vouch for their reliability though.
