You should call the previous owner (the one who owned it before "Exam") and ask her/him if the domain has been stolen.

What I find funny is that the previous/current owner (before whois history goes private) was daisuke konishi, which is an obvious Japanese name and "Exam" here claims to be from India. What might have happened is that Daisuke Konishi was the actual scammer and that "Exam" over here bought the names from him/her. Or .. Daisuke Konishi is "Exam"... :suspicious:

Via PayPal I kept all receipt and my credit card statement
