Tells me I won the name. Sends me an email last night telling me I won and the domain is now $28 instead of the $25 I offer. I PM back telling him he'll have to wait until I get off work since he isnt online and didnt send paypal info. He PM's back saying thats fine. Then PM's me back 2 minutes later and tells me I didnt reply fast enough and sells the name to someone else but offers me another domain in the same thread for $3 off.
I won't deal with him again and advise you not to. He is shady!
I have never told you that you won the name. You made an offer and I said BIN $28. You never replied to me. During those hours there was a buyer.
Tell me now, should I wait for your uncertain BIN or go with the current BIN? You ignore my message and I believed that you did not want to go ahead with BIN. You were not decisive while someone else just grab the domain name.

have never mentioned you won the name in my message when I offer BIN. Offering BIN is not same as you won the name. Here is my PM yesterday. I didn't mention you won the name. Just offered BIN but you never replied until this morning.

The name was already sold when you sent message later after many hours. I mistaken your message today as for IOWV.com offer as clearly WOXF.com was sold many hours ago if you read my thread carefully.

Today you sent the message this morning and in the subject there was IOWV.com and therefore I thought you were offering to buy IOWV.com for BIN and I said I will wait. But later, I realized that you were only offering for WOXF.com which was sold many hours ago without realizing that it was sold. Therefore I told you that it was sold.
