It's not a bad offer, I'd say the reseller value is around 1k. People are always saying how undervalued LLL.net's are so they may be on the rise soon, I'd counter with 5k if it were me.

Yer... I would take the 3K and re-invest.. but then if you can get more then go for it... but it may be the best offer you will get for awhile so you need to take that in to account also.
