This is a great opportunity for any person or business to take over two truly premium domain names. Asking price for Location and Order.com is $200k per domain. However, half of that amount on each domain can be leased out for $870 a month for the next 9 and a half years. So basically you can put only $100k down on either domain and pay the rest monthly. I paid $3,000 for a professional looking design and program for Location.com which I can include in the sale. With a name like Order.com in the hands of a retailer the sky is the limit. The name will bring instant respect and confidence in the company which is the key in making internet sales. I have done nothing with the name for the same reason as before not having the knowledge and also not being in the retail business. Both of these names really should speak for themselves.
