I have previously tried a real estate site but didnt have the resources to take it to the next level.

Shai, have you thought about doing a web-based geo-location finder with map integration? You could even expand into a client side application and get into the mobile market. You would not be the first, but the domain name lends to the idea.

There are third-party applications available which an intermediate programmer could integrate - so you are not starting from scratch.

Then work in your PPC and direct advertising campaigns.

Quite frankly the real estate industry is already saturated with heavy-hitters who have better domain names and spent boatloads of money on development.

When I think location, I think where am I? or I think high end vacation spots.
