Just wondering what your thoughts are on the value of [location]Forum.com domains e.g. BedfordshireForum.com, LondonForum.com etc [I don't own these domains btw]

Does value rise with population, or does it hold little weight?

I own one such domain with an area population of ~5million people and wanted to get an idea of it's value to both reseller and end user, but don't want to reveal the domain as I am currently negotiating with a prospective buyer
