A DNForum member put the logo together as a trial sample.

The logo doesn't resolve.
You should change it's url from "file:///C:/My%20Documents/off%20air/logocraft1.gif" to something with http:// in front of it.
BTW- still looking for a logo or are you satisfied with it ?
