Google permitted this collection of fake Google logos twice (available in writing) as an entertaining supplement, uncompromizing to their operations.

Meanwhile it has gotten really famous among Google nuts and the likes. 2,000 uniques a day, way more at days when Google issues a new temporary logo (up to 10,000) or whenever popular blogs feature the site or one of the logos at their logs. Two university newspapers interviewed me about the site.

There is a popular award for fake Google logo creations which contributes to user retention, inbound links are growing all the time from various sources, never campaigned as it is popular enough to grow some nice inbound link potential all by itself.

Never had the time to monetize or promote in any way, it's a self runner so far but potential for anyone dedicated is stunning. Adsense ($300 to $1,000 per month) as the only income, just to cover cost, well, it turns in more than cost of course, imagine the potential if you did much more content and promotion plus other maintenance and nurturing.

Now, it really is a pitty to see it stick, my daytime job demands too much and I don't want to take out time from the family at night, so it's just waiting to be pumped up by someone dedicated.
