Seriously, someone who goes from the Porn Industry and who had peddled porn...why is this person not claiming to be a porn god.

I guess because Long John Dong was taken and sollog was available.

The Domain Lord is Rick Schwartz, period. Those that do not believe shall be taken over by the Domain Inquisition. Confess, or burn in the flames of Hayl!

?

This thread reminds me of Friday afternoon cartoons when I was a kid.

let's see USE gives anyone a TRADEMARK

so glad to see so many legal eagles are so confused

now you put TM when you want to show you want to exert the right internationally

you file, you use TM

you don't file you use TM

you don't use TM, then someone can argue you didn't exert the right to your TM outside the USA

inside the USA you don't have give notice, common law is use establishes the 'right' of a TM

now if yo register then you must put TM until you get granted a registration right to use the circle with R

I have registered marks I have use TM's

no big deal

I know what I'm doing

I let everyone know

these are our marks

Adonivideo was the equivalent of tinnitus - an annoying noise in your ears that wouldn't stop. Thanks DNF admin!
