Yes limited use, nice name but weak on value.

$200 to $1000 would be my guess, watch for TM problems if you build it.

Lollipops is generic when used in its generic sense and correctly spelled, LollYpops is a mis-type.

tas38,

You got to be kidding me. Unless you have a law degree to back it up please don't post ridiculous and fake information in my thread.

So icecream.com is also a tm in your book I would assume???

Anyway, thanks for the post :)

Any fool can do a TM search, it don't take a law degree to do that. Try searching it at the link below, us gov site so unless you know what you are talking about. Don't correct people that does, both of them are live TMes for lollypops that is with the s check for your self.

Search for lollypop

Honestly, you have no idea what you are talking about. You are not a serious domainer here.
I have just read through some of your old posts, you have many negitive tm comments.

Do you want to delete your fake information posts or should I ask the mod?

Not sure what candy.com has to do with this, but I agree that just because there are TM's on a term surely does'nt mean the domain is infringing on them. There is very specific criteria defined which must occur for a domain to "dilute" or "damage" a trademark or business mark. This is not the case here with this domain as it is a generic alternative spelling of lollipop.com and it's pluralized as well...I can almost guarantee you this name would not get taken away in a wipo. This is just a generic one word domain. He is'nt selling magazines or using magazine related keywords either which is the main issue I think you are referring to, so that is a null point really. Btw - I already offered mid x,xxx for it Scizza! :ok:

I choose the word "candy" because its a similar term in the same industry.

Anyways, thanks Focus for your comment, very well said.

tas38,

Let me put myself in your world of thinking.

You seem to own http://www.ArcadeGamester. net

But "arcade" is trademarked I see. That cant be worth more then $50.

Iam really a nice guy, but you hijacked my thread with fake info.

you can't compare candy to lollypops

Lollipop is the correct spelling. Your mistype has been TM'd for the above mentioned items. Besides I don't see results in google for the lollipop kind of candy for "lollypop"

It is perfectly legal to run a lollipop store on your domain. There is no TM for lollypop in the candy class. the mark is TM'd for catering services of ice cream and deserts. As long as you don't run an offline business named "Lollypop" doing the same thing you are fine.

You also can't run a magazine of sexual nature named "Lollypop"
