Thanks Joe ---- I thought I would never sell it since it helps me dominate my market for the exchange, but I have so much stuff I am eager to work on and I want to cash in on something good.... I am always holding on to everything.....

Sometimes I guess you gotta let things go...

We'll see what happens..... I think it will sell, but I do like having it, so even if it doesn't I'm still in good shape.... :cheesy:
