im looking to put a classified script up for my new domain.

i'm open to ideas, but i like this script http://www.phpclassifiedsscript.com/
It will be only for one city, long beach, NY, and will list real estate for sale/rent, items for sale, jobs, community, etc.
I almost want to go the craigslist route, but would like to have image thumbnails along with each listing. but i like the home page of script above.
i want the ability to charge for certain postings and features.
let me know what you guys have.
