Looking for a partner for web site idea.

I have the domain name, both the .com and .net. I also purchase a script for the site. However I have no skills when it comes to php and mysql.

I think the ideas I have; along with the domain names may be a big hit.

Basically I would like to take on a partner to help install and make sure the site is running properly. I would keep ownership of the domain names but will share the revenue that the site makes (which the revenue would be from sponsor ads).

edit:
I would like to apologize the lag time in my responses. It isn’t done intentional.
I will review the info that I have received and make a decision hopefully by next week, so this project may move forward.

i want to thank all that inquire about this project and my apologies to the ones that I didn't get back to. I have decided to go with a DNF member that is also located in Chicago. This wasn't a requirement but something i liked.
