Hey. I'm 15 myself.
A tip to let you know. If you don't currently own the domain do not partner. Also don't try to get fooled.
When I started at 11 I was like this searching for a domain. Someone registered the domain and let me use it. I was really happy. After 3 years my domain achieved pr3 with alexa ranks from 11k-30k.
Guess what?
The person who sponsored me kicked me off the server changed the dns and then try to sell it on sedo.

Lesson: OWN THE DOMAIN.
