Looking for a phpbb template designer

I finally found the domain I want to use for a forum but none of the templates out there really go with what I want to do. Does anyone design custom templates?

Try out Nick Mahon at www.vereor.com he has made plenty of free phpbb based ones and can do you a custom one no problem.
