Wanted: Service Looking for a picture and video sharing script.

One of my clients is a not-for-profit organization and is looking to have added onto their site a place for people to upload their pictures and/or videos.

I know the two exist separately for free but I was wondering if there was an option for both? This is what I would need:

- User registration and moderation (not allowed to upload until approved by an admin)
- Users allowed to easily upload their videos (and have them post right away)
- Indexing by category
- Self compression (like YouTube) would be very nice, to so the users don't have to worry about compressing the videos themselves.

Any suggestions? Don't forget, this is a not-for-profit organization to money is non-existent with them.
