Wanted: Service Looking for a quote for two website designs or advice on similar scripts

Im looking to get a quote on creating two sites,one a property rental/sales site encorporating commerical etc and the other a car sales site,both which charge a small fee for users to upload their ads,i have two sites in mind that i like the look of but was wondering does anyone know any good scripts for this or how much it would cost to get someone to create scripts for me,
