I have websites/domains I could offer but the price you are willing to pay is *extremely* low at only 4 or 5 months income based on you wanting to pay $2501-$5000 but wanting a comparatively high $600-$1000 month revenue.

Do you want a legit site/domain with valid traffic? Why would anyone sell you a money-machine when after a mere 4 or 5-mos you have your investment funds back and own the money-making site basically forever?

Possible exceptions would be trademark names or trademark typos where the owner is worried about getting a C&D letter and therefore wants to sell fast. Another exception for an ultra low price sale would be a site getting lots of non-natural traffic or maybe even paid traffic which will go away soon after the sale.
